Bailey (they/he) is a 24-year-old filmmaker and editor living in Toronto, Ontario with their cat, Maple. They graduated from TMU (formally, Ryerson University), completing a Bachelor of Arts by majoring in media production with a minor in sociology. During their time in RTA, Bailey helped create the award-winning, short horror film ‘Summerland’, as well as editing and coordinating video content for Canyon Entertainment Group.
Bailey grew up in Oakville, Ontario attending Iroquois Ridge High School with a specialist high skills major (SHSM) in business. As part of the SHSM program, Bailey completed a co-op with Cogeco TV, creating content for shows like ‘Halton Insider’, ‘Cogeco Sports’ and ‘By The Book’.
Between projects and working at a bar downtown, Bailey enjoys cycling and skateboarding around the city, cooking up new recipes, puzzles of all types (specifically, the New Yorker crossword as of late), creating vlog-style videos on YouTube and TikTok, and recording both original songs and covers of their favorite artists (varying from My Chemical Romance to k-pop group LOONA).
